using charles law
V1=2dm3 is converted to cm3 by dividing by 1000 2/1000 =0.002cm3
V2=2X0.002
T1=300k
T2=300X0.004/0.002
T2=600k

To convert dm3 to cm3, you multiple by 1000
i.e
2*1000 = 2000 = v1
2*2000 = 4000 = v2
T1 = 300k
using the formula
v1/T1 = V2/T2
V1*T2 = V2*T1
T2 = V2*T1/V1
T2 = 300*4000/2000
T2 = 600k
