no the answer is A ....... both deliquescent and hygroscopic substances absorb moisture from the atmosphere . hygroscopic subtsances does not form solutions while deliquescent substances form solutions note that the substance originally was blue but later changed to pink because it has formed a solution so its a deliquescent substance
