(a) Eight order of work in preparation for service; (i) Greet guests with smile (ii) Serve beverages from the right side with the right hand or in any convenient manner (iii) Remember to serve the ladies first (iv) Clear the table remove from the right with right hand or in a convenient manner (v) Serve food from the left side with the left hand (vi) Clear dishes after all guestshave finished (vii) Serve beverages within 3-4 minutes from time ordered (viii) Present food check to guest, check and make necesssary changes in food order (ix) payment should be made by guest (x) Say thank you sir or madam with smile on the face.
