(b) Steps in the Preparation of Vegetable Salad; (i) Trim/peel the vegetables and wash thoroughly (ii) Cut/cho/shred/slice/dice the vegetables (iii) Blanch the vegetables/cook in salted water (iv) Arrange the vegetables neatly/mix the vegetables (v) Garnish/dress neatly/correct the seaoning and chill.
