That's the Nucleus... not the vacuole

Looking at the diagram it is observed that it is an animal cell( it's shape tell you) and animal cell don't have large vacuoles instead small and multiple vacuoles so the answer is the nucleus ( a dense structure)

the vacuole is usually large and at the center while the nucleus is oval shaped and by the edge
