The answer to these question is totally confusing and almost both C and the are D correct because one of tje characteristics of platyhelminthes is that they are hermaphrodite meaning both having both male and female organ, while for C almost all annelid are hermaphrodite the answer is suppose to be annelid and platyhelminthes.
