it will hinder her from having blood transfusion from her husband
it will result in sickness and probably death of the offspring

The correct option is D.
Rh factor is a protein found in blood. A person having Rh factor in blood is called Rh positive whereas that who does not carry this protein in the blood is called Rh negative. Marriage should be avoided in between Rh negative female & Rh positive male. This can be fatal for the mother as well as the baby of such parents. Although, the discovery of Rhogam has reduced the risk.

The answer is D
During a pregnancy, Rh antibodies made in a woman's body can cross the placenta and attack the Rh factor on fetal blood cells. This can cause a serious type of anemia in the fetus in which red blood cells are destroyed faster than the body can replace them. Red blood cells carry oxygen to all parts of the body.

@myschool, the correct answer is:
D. It may affect her childbearing ability.
Explanation:
The Rhesus factor (Rh factor) is a protein found on red blood cells. A person can be Rh-positive (Rh⁺) if they have the protein or Rh-negative (Rh⁻) if they lack it.
If an Rh-negative woman marries an Rh-positive man, their child may inherit the Rh-positive factor from the father. During childbirth (or miscarriage), some of the baby's Rh-positive blood can mix with the mother's Rh-negative blood, causing her immune system to produce antibodies against Rh-positive blood.
These antibodies do not affect the first pregnancy but can cause complications in subsequent pregnancies if the fetus is Rh-positive. The mother’s immune system will attack the baby's red blood cells, leading to hemolytic disease of the newborn (HDN), which can cause severe anemia, jaundice, brain damage, or stillbirth.

The answer is correct which is B
Because during pregnancy the body will see the baby as a foreign object and produce antibodies to fight against the foetus blood cell which may cause jaundice or even death.
It has no effect what so ever on her childbearing ability.
