Arboreal life refers to animals that live primarily in trees. The possession of four limbs is considered the least adaptive feature because it is a general trait shared by almost all tetrapods, regardless of whether they live on land, in water, or in trees. It is not a specialized adaptation specifically evolved for or unique to tree-dwelling survival.
