well i think the answer is B because during urine formation the filtrate passes through two convulated tubules, the first being the proximal convoluted tubule and then the distal convoluted tubule before reaching the collecting tubule, and of course the Henle's loop is in-between the two convoluted tubules

there are 2 convoluted tubules the Proximal and Distol with the Loop of Henle in between them.
so the Correct Path will be;
glomerulus -> Bowman's capsule -> (Proximal)convoluted tubule -> Henle's loop -> (Distol)convoluted tubule -> collecting tubule
