After studying for a while, I realised that that the cerebrum is the whole coat, it is considered to be in the fore brain because it starts from the fore brain, you know the first part of the brain that we see especially in movies, the one we refer to as pink noodle, yh that whole part is the cerebrum, while the other parts are under it, the cerebrum is made up of two hemisphere and they are partially seperated by a deep furrow called median fissure and it is protected by a band of fibres called corpus collosum and the outer part we see is called the cerebral cortex or grey matter while the inner part of the cerebrum is called the white matter. In the diagram the other parts cannot be seen, because they are under the cerebrum except the mendulla oblongata

I thought the cerebrum was in the forebrain. I points to the mid brain, doesn't it?
