The correct answer is A(Their responses are voluntary) and not B(They may affect more than one target organ). This is due to the fact that hormones are secreted into the bloodstream and have the potential to affect more than one organ. Adrenaline for example affects the eyes, heart, muscles, lungs, liver, e.t.c. Testosterone, Growth hormone and Estrogen equally have effects on several organs.
