Relative humidity is the ratio of current absolute humidty to the highest possible absolute humidity (which depends on the current air temperature).A reading of 100 percent Relative humidity means that the air is totally saturated with water vapour and cannot hold anymore creating the possibility of rain. Hence high relative humidity would be expected in zones which have the highest Rainfall which are zoneII and III hence the correct option is B
