It's secchi disc coz it is use for measuring d clearance of d water if it's muddy or clear (turbidity) if you check it well depth of illumination depends on d water being clear or muddy.

a photometer or light meter is used to measure the intensity of light on LAND
while a hydro photometer is used to measure the intensity of light in WATER
a secchi disch is used to measure transparency or the depth at which light pentetrates the water surface
