I think the question is wrongly composed. First we don have nutrifying rather "nitrifying". Again we have two nitrifying bacteria in the options. Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter. The ammonium compounds present in the soil are first changed to nitrites and then to nitrates by the bacteria Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter respectively. They are both called Nitrifying bacteria. Lastly that option C is not Azolobacter but "Azotobacter"(free nitrogen-fixing bacteria). Thank you

Nitrifying bacteria are chemolithotrophic organisms that include species of genera such as Nitrosomonas, Nitrosococcus, Nitrobacter, Nitrospina, Nitrospira and Nitrococcus. These bacteria get their energy from the oxidation of inorganic nitrogen compounds.

Nitrobacter only converts ammonia to nitrates. Nitrosomonas is responsible for converting nitrates to nitrite!!!
