Yeah it's fast flowing water
I came across it in one of the questions (myschool) but I can't commemorate the actual number.
Pls correct it, it's FAST FLOWING O
ONCHOCERSIASIS--- RIVER BLINDNESS

Black fly breeds in fast flowing streams, unlike mosquitoes which need stagnant water to allow the newly emerging imago to dry its wings.

Fast flowing river or stream favour the breeding of black fly and are sensitive to pollution so water has to be clean
