in addition to lungs , birds bave air sacs in their body cavities, some of these air sacs extends into bones ,gaseous exchange does not occur in the air sacs which functions only toincrease ventilation of the lungs when the bird inhales and exhales. i think the answer is bronchi since it is associated with lungs
