Accessory organs are organs that are not directly involved in digestion but they play a role. They are organs that take part in digestion but are not in the digestive tract. Such organs are teeth tongue, gall bladder, liver,pancreas.

Liver assists in breaking down of fats and oil into tiny droplets(emulsification)

I honestly think it is the spleen because it is connected to the pancreas and is seen as a part of the digestive system but it doesn't play any role in digestion. This is why I say the answer is B and not C
