The answer can't be clouds because clouds itself doesn't contain the nitrates, the cloud is just there as a means of dissolving the nitrate , In other words the corrrect source of nitrates should be from the soil and the closest answer to that is the "ROOT NODULES OF LEGUMES" wich is option A
