first and foremost, there are two types of dentition, namely HOMODONT AND HETERODONT.
HOMODONT is a type of teeth which has the same size, shape and perform the same function. no one is specialized for a particular function examples of animal with such dentition are reptiles, fishes and amphibians.therefore the answer is lizard cos lizard is a reptile.
HETERODONT DENTITION is a type of teeth with different sizes, shape and performs different functions, every teeth has it's own specialized function. such dentition can be found in man, cattle, sheep, dog and cow.

Homodont dentition is found in the majority of vertebrates such as fish, amphibia and reptiles in which all teeth are functionally and anatomically of the same type, although their size may be variable depending on the location. Sometimes functionally some teeth may be specialized as fangs of snakes.

Heterodont is a type of dentition which is found mainly in Human.....It means the different shape of the teeth with different function and anatomically all the teeth differ from each other teeth this is also called heterodent type of dentition....This type of dentition is also found in cattle, Dog etc.....In human, There are 4 types of teeth which is Incisor, canine,Premolar and molar....each and Every has its own function....Like Canine is not so sharp but they are usually cutting something which cannot be fully done by other teeth.

Normally animals whose teeth re all of d same type such as most non-mammalian vetebrate are said 2 have that of homodent dentition, whereas those whose teeth differ morphorlogically are said 2 have heterodent.
