i get it now
same way excess amino acid aren't excreted by demination
converting them to carbon and nitrogen fragments
iron too are broken down by same Organ THE LIVER into feritine and bilirubin

both liver and lymph node can destroy red blood cell...i actually dont know the reason myschool went for liver
