Conditioned reflex is a learned response to a stimulus that was once neutral. it's not something you're born with but that you acquire over time through experience and repetition e.g through training.

Common examples include Driving, cycling, riding a bike, writing, feeling hungry when you see a billboard of food etc.

Unlike Innate reflexes conditioned reflexes can be forgotten over time if not practiced.
