The correct answer to this question is D. Morphological variation is the form and structure of an Organism. It determines physical appearance and so helps us to identify the individuals of a community. they include size, color and fingerprints while physiological variations has to do with all the functions and activities of a living organism e.g behavioral patterns, ability to rolll the tongue, ability to taste PTC and blood groups e.t.c. Answer is curved from the Modern Biology.

The answer is D, let's keep textbooks aside and reason with common sense. Morphology is the study of "the external features of living things" While physiology "the study of how living things function".coming to the question fingerprint is not how a living thing function but the external feature of a living thing(MORPHOLOGY) so the twins having a difference in their fingerprint means that it is a MORPHOLOGICAL VARIATION not a physiological variation.
