it’s retina,cause the rods and cones are located in the retina,and for colours we see,rods are 120-125million for us to see at night or black and white objects,while cones are 7 million for coloured objects and during the day.
That’s why we have nocturnal animals(owls,cats etc)

C retina is the correct ans bcos retina is the part of human eye that is light sensitive
cones and rods are sensitive to bright and dim light respectively, so if cones is your ans that means rods can be the ans ahead of retina
