The answer is Kidney.

The amount of urine(excess water) passed out is higher than the amount of sweats the skin passes out.

Like damn seriously 😂
the kidney needs water to function well
lack of enough water would affect the kidney
that's why if u don't drink enough water the kidney produces yellow urine
and the skin produces less water why?
if u're to measure the amount of water passed out by the skin it's not up to a liter if u don't over exercise ur body
but the kidney produces more than a littre of water in a day 👋

The answer is skin. Why? If the kidney should ever excrete excess water, it'll lead to the disease of the kidney called diuresis - passing out of large amount of water as urine.

For crying out loud. The skin excretes the largest volume of water in humans
