The word "Pseudo" means "false" and Podium is a term for foot or leg; Meaning false leg, hence pseudopodium.
Concisely, Amoeba makes use of this false legs (pseudopodia) to move and to capture food by engulfing the food particles when the two ends of the pseudopodium meet and fuse.
Note, pseudopodia is not the mouth. Amoeba protus has no mouth.
These food particle are ingested into the body of the organism through a semi permeable membrane.
But specifically, Amoeba Protus uses it's pseudopodia for two basic things;
1)Locomotion (Movement)
2)To capture food by engulfing.
I enjoy been corrected, for No man is an island of knowledge. Do well to quote me wrong please.

Yah its correct bcux ameoba move wx pseudopodia while pamacium and euglina move wx cilia and flagella respectively

Amoebas utilize temporary cytoplasmic extensions called pseudopodia, also known as "false feet," for movement and capturing food. These projections are formed by the cell membrane pushing out in different directions, creating temporary bulges that allow the amoeba to crawl and engulf food.

Basically to remember there's an abbreviation I use....which is.....FE/PA/CP
Flagellum - euglena
Pseudopodia - amoeba
Cillia- paramecium

Paramecium moves with the help of cilia Amoeba moves with the help of pseudopodia and Euglena moves with the help of flagella

amoeba moves by means of pseudopodia which means false leg. amoeba does not have leg.

Movement is achieved by cytoplasmic protrusions known as pseudopodia. Cilia (in ciliated protozoa) and the flagella (typical of flagellates and some ameboid protozoa) propel the organism through the water by their beating, or they are used to generate water currents to draw food particles.

pseudopodia or pseudopodium is a locomotive structure of an amoeba
Considering other options :
Cilia is a locomotive structure of paramecium.
Setae is hairlike structure that enables the earthworm to anchor themselves.
Flagellum is a locomotive structure of chlamydomonas and euglena .
Therefore the correct is pseudopodium
