in this question for the fact that the offsprings are red and white no need to stress yourself checking the ratio given all you need to do is find the crossing that will give you a red offspring and also a white offspring .

in option A , The parents are homozygous red and heterozygous red, at the end of the crossing all offsprings will be red.


in option b the parents are homozygous red and homozygous white , at the end of the crossing , offsprings will still all be red


in option c the parents are both homozygous white at the end of the crossing, all offsprings will be white


but for option d the parents are both heterozygous red meaning there will be both red and white offsprings at the end of the crossing hence option D is correct.🤍
