The Skin may not directly regulate the body temperature bt it helps in regulating the body temperature. Mainly, the hypothalamus Regulates the body temperature by receiving information about any changes in the temperature of the surroundings from thermoreceptors present in the Skin, the hypothalamus receives this information and act so as to loose or conserve heat.
