organs of perennation are organs which stores enough nutrients to sustain the organism during unfavorable seasons. Common forms of perennating organs are storage organs( e.g modified stems like corms, tubers, rhizomes ) and buds.

Perennation organs in plants are mainly storage organd , so in the question , rhizome (which is a storage organ) is there. Therefore rhizome is the answer. Their are others like bud, tuber etc that are storage organs too.
