The pancreas secretes pancreatic juice which contains 3 enzymes: amylase, lipase, and trypsin
Amylase digests starch by converting it to glucose
Lipase digest fats and oils by converting to fatty acids and glycerol
Trypsin digest protein by converting from peptone to polypeptide which is further acted upon by erepsin to amino acids
So, when the pancreas is removed, the digestion of starch, protein and, fats and oils will be affected.
