I agree the answer is trypsin. While it is true that amylase and trypsin are both present in the duodenum, let us note that the function of amylase is to convert starch to maltose. Ptyalin is an enzyme found in saliva, it also converts starch to maltose; the food goes through the saliva first before the duodenum so if we were talking about active enzymes, I guess amylase wouldn't qualify since ptyalin also does its work.
