the answer is measles. the rest of those diseases are caused by bacteria and so could be treated with antibiotics. Gonorrhea is caused by Neisseria gonorrehea, a bacteria, diarrhea can be caused by some viruses and could be as a result of bacteria such as campylobacter, salmonella e.t.c tuberculosis is purely caused by the rod Mycobacterium tuberculosis. so the answer is measles. it's purely caused by measles virus and can be treated with interferon and not antibiotics
