myschool the correct answer is A. the curve for carrying capacity is linear but from the question, the population exceeded the carrying and then "collapsed" hence, the curve will be bell-shaped

Fellow students of my school, this is the real answer
"The correct answer is:
A — bell-shaped curve
Explanation:
When a population exceeds its carrying capacity, it uses up resources too quickly. This leads to:
Rapid population growth
Overshooting the carrying capacity
Sudden collapse (die-off)
Graphically, this looks like a rise followed by a fall, forming a bell-shaped (boom-and-bust) curve.
Why not the others?
S-shaped curve → Logistic growth that levels off at carrying capacity (no collapse).
Linear curve → Constant growth rate.
Skewed curve → Not specifically used to describe population crash patterns."
Be smart but just know humans make mistakes and you can't trust everything you see

Please is this really the answer. I am not sure but I think it's an s-shaped curve.
