The selected answer is wrong:

sucrase is one of the major enzymes. it converts sucrose to glucose and fructose.



procteases on the other hand is an enzyme I'm not familiar with in biology. it is not one of the major enzymes.



the answer to this question is wrong. please make the appropriate corrections.

hey dear the anx z correct.protease is any enzyme that is involve in catabolism of protein by hydrolysis of protein.lipase act on fats n oil,amylase convert starch to maltose.sucrase only convert d sucrose to fructose n glucose so d major enzyme here is amylase protease n lipase
