According to Wikipedia, "Blindness may be due to genetic mutations, birth defects, premature birth, nutritional deficiencies, infections, injuries, and other causes." So it can be hereditary, as genetic mutations are hereditary. Take the popular Nigerian musician, Cohbams, who was born blind and whose first son was also born blind. That is clearly hereditary, but if the blindness were due to injury/ accident/ environmental conditions then it wouldn't be hereditary as that doesn't affect the genotype of the individual and consequently doesn't make the trait inheritable.

imagine one solving complex maths for the question just for him to find out he hasn't used his common sense ( he's wrong) š . jamb isn't difficult but can be devilish in setting options š . The instruction is to choose the best option but the adverb ' wisely ' isn't added before 'choosing'. I've added it for u. sometimes u have to think out of the box (jamb) š

The likelihood of their children being blind depends on the genetic causes of blindness in the father and the mother. Since the information provided does not specify whether the father's blindness is hereditary or if the mother's vision issue is genetic, there is no definite way to determine how many of their children would be blind.
If the father's blindness were caused by a dominant genetic disorder, there would be a 50% chance of each child inheriting blindness. If it were caused by a recessive genetic disorder, the children would only be blind if the mother carried the same recessive gene. However, if his blindness was due to an injury or a non-genetic condition, it would not be passed on at all.
Without more details, the correct answer cannot be determined purely from the information given.

blindness is inheritable so all the children are probable of inheriting it because the question didnt say if it was dominant or heterozygous

None of them will be blind like they father because blindness is not a s*x-linked character

It's because blindness is not hereditary i.e cannot be transferred from parent to offspring.
