sorry the option you picked is a wrong answer ..Hydra does not in any way have mutual relationship with blue green algae.The CORRECT option is PARAMECIUM.
REASON: Symbiosis is a relationship between two organisms where both the partner are benefitted. Paramecium bursaria is a species of ciliate protozoan that has a mutualistic symbiotic relationship with green algae called as Zoochlorella. The algae live inside the paramecium which provides movement, protection and in turn algae provide it with food.

they r correct because the hydra protects the bacteria from the environment and the algea provides the hydra with sugar. so it is completely symbyosis because they r both gaining from each other
