In Euglena, the contractile Vacuole is responsible for its excretion and that is label II which is not in the option. Myschool, please do something about this

The question is correct and my school is right. The question says "through" not "by". So, the answer is through the pellicle (body surface of Euglena) by the contractile vacuole, which is V. (opt D)

VI according the diagram is the nucleus or if it doesn't touches the nucleus then it's the paramylum granule, since II( contractile vacuole) is not In the option, I think the pellicle by diffusion should be the next answer, which is V.
