option D should be the answer because rising the temperature will also serve as killing the bacteria, there is no difference between the two, killing the bacteria and rising the temperature, for you to kill the bacteria, you have to rise the temperature which will retain the taste and kill the bacteria, the main answer should have been D but E can also serve but the main purpose is D
