the reason why A is correct is bcoz if a seed is attached horizontally on a revolving klinostat, the effect of the seedling is that the plumule will grow vertically upward while the radicle will bend and grow vertically downward i.e will grow towards the ground
The result indicatw that the plumule have responded to one-sided gravity by growing away from it i.e tgey are negatively geotropic . The radicle responded by growing towards the direction of the stimulus i.e they are positively geotropics
