If the blood is too concentrated water is reabsorbed by the proximal convoluted tubule, loop of Henle (water is mostly reabsorbed here), and the distal convoluted tubule. From the three parts I mentioned above, only the proximal convoluted tubule (5) is labeled. Hence, the right answer is A.
Note: 4 is the collecting duct where urine is collected and moved through the ureters to the bladder.
