Mass of crucible = 10g

Mass of crucible and soil before heating = 29g

mass of soil before heating= 29-10 = 19g

Mass of a crucible and soil after heating = 18g

mass of soil after heating= 18-10 = 8g

therefore mass of water= mass of soil before heating - mass of soil after heating = 19-8 = 11

% of water in the given soil sample = (11/19)* 100

It's obvious that you can round 57.89 to 60%. which is what i will pick
my problem though is that the fact that 25% is in the option suggests that our answer should not be rounded? either that or we are just meant to choose the closest option (like nearest in meaning🤷‍♂️)
