myschool the ans is B.
blue-green algae has chlorophyl, so it can photosynthesize making option D wrong.
protophyte e.g slimemould(fungi) is eukaryotic whereas blue-green algae(monera) is prokaryotic.
myschool pls rectify it.

The most appriopriate answer here is B. Though blue green algae is not a plant but it is a cyano bacteria that can photosynthesize due to the fact that it contains chloroplast. And bacteria are prokaryotes. Protophytes are just divisions of protist with cell wall. Here example is chlamydomonas, diatoms, chorella etc.
