(a)(i). Uses of Specimen K (Knapsack sprayer) in animal production - Sanitation. - Disinfection. - For applying herbicides on pastures. - For applying insecticides. - For applying pesticides. Spraying against ectoparasites, - Can be used as a sprinkler. (ii). Precautions that should be taken when using Specimen K (Knapsack sprayer) on livestock farm - Wear protective equipment. - Spray in the direction of the wind. - Avoid eating, drinking or smoking during operation. – Wash your body after operation. -Clean before and after use. - Do not spray when it's windy to avoid drift.
