I disagree.
In the mass method i.e telephones, newspaper, e.t.c, only literate and educated farmers, as well as those who are wealthy enough to have access to the mass media can benefit. The mass majority of peasant farmers cannot. Also, farmers cannot ask questions on areas they don't understand.
However, the group method solves most of these problems by gathering farmers for symposia, field demonstrations, e.t.c. This allows them to ask questions and more easily see and apply what they learnt. It also has the advantage that farmers can learn from each other. Thus, the correct answer is B(group method) and not C (mass method). Thank you.
