the answer selected is wrong is supposed to be b
fines are fees collect that favour those one give the fees for example
pension we All know that if someone has worked up to retirement they will pay someone back the money he as being every month
so fines are fine that will letter be of benefits to they that pay it


while tax is the complete opposite they will not received any benefits from it
and also note this that fines are not complusary but taxs are complusary


the correct answer is taxes
