I did diploma in olabisi onabanjo university and I just finished this year,I want to...

I did diploma in olabisi onabanjo university and I just finished this year,I want to use the diploma for D.E but we got informed that we can't get admission this coming session,we have to wait till next session

Now my question is,can I use the diploma to apply for D.E in another school like lasu or uniosun and get admission this year

And please what are the procedures?
