I submitted my admission form on the 30th of July and everything is fine except...

I submitted my admission form on the 30th of July and everything is fine except for the referee link. Its not loading for both my academic and spiritual referee
Has anyone had a problem like this? If so, how did you fix it. I think its a problem from their system though, I've resent the link but still?
