Good morning.. I have a problem, I went to jamb office to collect otp for...

Good morning.. I have a problem, I went to jamb office to collect otp for change of course, they did it after I paid remita fee and service it was sent to my gmail. After the staff told me that I should go to any CBT center.. Now I went there and the staff said that it in the jamb office I would do the change of course... So what now cause I don't understand?
