I can't download a material after making payment with the link sent to me and...

I can't download a material after making payment with the link sent to me and even on myschool.ng. each time I tried, I got an error message that says "content or page not found or has been moved". I have sent calls and messages (both mails and sms) to Myschool but the calls were unanswered and the messages were not returned. What should I do?
