{1}.In a criminal prosecution,where the plaintiff is seeking some sort of civil relief against an apellant;what name is given to the legal team that litigates for the complainant?
{2}.In a civil matter,where a Barrister from a defence counsel uses high handed logical approach during cross examination to virtualy plant words in the mouth of a witness in order to draw inference to drive home his point,and the witness being cross examined is a first timer in court and is completely ignorant of such logical schemes;where the opposing counsel fail to step up their argument to counter such logic,can a presiding arbiter use such inference so drawn up by the defence counsel to give a conclusive verdict on the case before the court? Paradventure the arbiter aligns his verdict in favour of the defence counsel,would you say it is justice granted or justice denied?
