I want to shop for Marketing because my aggregate is 209 and marketing cut off...

I want to shop for Marketing because my aggregate is 209 and marketing cut off is 207,Can I do change of course after a year of studying marketing to Business Management which is the initial course I want to study?If I can,how much will it cost me for change of course after one year?
